Job Title: Provider Relations Associate Analyst
Duration: 5+ months
Schedule: Remote Position, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST
Note:
- While working remotely, any children/dependents in the home must be cared for by another adult during work hours.
- Equipment supplied by Client
- High-speed internet required (not provided)
- Initial training: onboarding requests from providers joining the Evernorth Behavioral Network
- After a few months: transition to customer service call team with additional training
Drive the growth and integrity of the Client's Behavioral Health Network by recruiting and onboarding providers, ensuring accurate data management across systems, and executing provider contracts. This role demands strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills to deliver exceptional service and maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Recruit and onboard behavioral health providers

Build and maintain provider relationships

Negotiate contracts and explain plan policies

Ensure accuracy of provider data and contract updates

Respond to inquiries regarding contracting and data
Qualifications

1+ year of experience in healthcare or insurance

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data systems

Ability to shift between tasks and prioritize effectively

Skilled at meeting production metrics in a fast-paced environment

Corrective Action Process:

1st unapproved absence → Verbal Counseling

2nd unapproved absence → First Notice

3rd unapproved absence → Final Notice

Late Arrivals/Early Departures

7–15 minutes late → recorded as occurrence

15–30 minutes late → recorded as occurrence (time may be made up same day at manager’s discretion)

30+ minutes late → recorded as occurrence and time as unscheduled off (cannot be made up)

Education
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree
