Position Title: Junior Analyst, Corporate Access
Duration: 13+ months (Possibility of extension/conversion into FTE)
Working hours: 8-5
Working Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid -In Office Four Days A Week Mon-Thu)
Description:
Track client-related activities and manage/assist with all logistics for equity client events. This role is accountable for providing corporate access for the bank’s Equity business to all corporate clients. The role plays a critical part within Banks Capital Markets, Equity Sales, Equity Research, and Institutional & Corporate Banking.

Description:
Track client-related activities and manage/assist with all logistics for equity client events. This role is accountable for providing corporate access for the bank’s Equity business to all corporate clients. The role plays a critical part within Banks Capital Markets, Equity Sales, Equity Research, and Institutional & Corporate Banking.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Corporate Access team for the coordination & execution of all corporate (deal and non-deal) roadshows, site tours, conferences, and sales desk updates.
- Ability to communicate clearly & work cross-functionally with external clients and internal stakeholders (Bank's Equity Research, Sales, Trading, I&CB & global Corporate Access teams).
- Advising on logistics for all projects – both virtual and in-person (flights, ground transport, venues, hotels, webcasts, etc).
- Preparation of appropriate invitations and flyers to be sent to clients for new marketing events.
- Investor conference coordination and 1x1 scheduling – both virtual and in-person.
- Maintain relationships with roadshow suppliers.
- Work with and maintain entries for client management database – Salesforce.com/Tier 1.
- Update and maintain corporate access stats/data to aid in the production of pitch decks and reports for the Corporate Access team, Banking, and Clients.
- Communicates professionally and appropriately.
- Consistently delivers a high standard of service, often exceeding client expectations.
- Communicates professionally at all times, listens to colleagues and clients, responds appropriately and instils confidence and adaptability.
- The employee exemplifies Being Bank in the employee’s actions and the way that the employee works and interacts with clients & internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Market knowledge and a demonstrated keen interest in Capital Markets.
- Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player/ability to work in a trading floor environment.
- Ability to quickly learn and communicate information.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Experience planning logistics for a variety of events.
- Microsoft Suite
- Complete understanding of the organization as a whole and its cultural values, “being Bank”
