Responsibilities
- Sales Planning: Bring process rigor & execution excellence to the development and management of a sales engagement process, including sell-in meetings, executive engagements, demos.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Bring the right people together at the right moments to have the right conversations. Develop & provide an objective viewpoint based on an in-depth understanding of the business & desired outcomes.
- Project Management: Drive standardization and continuous improvement across key sales engagement cadences, facilitating collaboration across business planning & operations, sales and cross-functional partners. Project management expectations include defining goals and deliverables, developing and executing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies
- Operational Efficiency: Drive operational excellence through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Build effective relationships and drive alignment across multiple cross-functional partners to ensure a consistent cross-channel experience across segments
- Executive Communications: Develop and deliver executive-level communications that effectively roll up individual project status, and change management to drive alignment and awareness of key changes and enable informed decision-making and strategic guidance.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of experience in sales operations, sales management, strategic planning, business operations, consulting, or a related field
- Experience leading process improvement, solving complex business problems (commercial, operational, organizational), and working across cross functional teams to implement.
- Project Management: Proven ability to lead complex projects, develop and execute detailed project plans, and driving projects from strategy to execution
- Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in engaging and aligning diverse stakeholders, ensuring buy-in, and facilitating effective communication across teams.
- Executive Communications: Develop and deliver executive-level communications that effectively roll up individual project status, and change management to drive alignment and awareness of key changes and enable informed decision-making and strategic guidance.
- Process improvement and operational excellence expertise.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in building new processes and managing change in growing companies to scale
- Proven capacity to get things done at short notice while collecting information from a variety of internal and external sources.
- Experience with sales engagement strategies and cadence standardization.
- Executive communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with consumer electronics and product go-to-market strategies.
