Job Title- Contract Manager-Junior
Job Location - Westlake, TX 76262
Job Duration - 6 Months assignment
 

• · Will assist attorneys with financings, IPOs, incorporations, M&A and other tasks such as corporate governance and record keeping.
•  Will review and analyze contracts and catalog information about the contracts into an existing database.
•  There may also be ad hoc projects as needed.
• Must have significant experience with research and securities filings and researching client contacts.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Word, and current knowledge of rules and procedures.
• ? In-house experience a plus.
