Job Title – Project/Program Manager II
Location – Miami, FL
Duration – 11 Months (Hybrid)

20% travel anticipated

Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program. May require a bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of events concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Day to Day:

• A lot of planning/meetings/call with regions due to different local titles in each region
• Planning for what’s going to come in the following months for screenings/premiers
• Ordering DCP’s/ opening PO’s
• Planning events mainly
• Working on docs for plans
• Presenting to execs to the events they will be going to
• Working with different parts of the business (Music, Games, Books, etc)

YOE:

• Looking for someone bilingual (Spanish)
• At least 5 YOE in EVENTS PLANNING EXPERIENCE
• Experience with LATAM is preferred
• Experience with

 
Degree’s/Cert Required:

• N/A

 
Resume stand outs:

• Portuguese would be a plus
•  Anything events specialist, manager and ABOVE
• Very organized/ need someone on task

Must Have skills:
Really great at writing
Bilingual experience is a must (Spanish)
5+ YOE in Events Planning
