Position Title: Project Manager
Duration: 6 months
Working Location: Toronto, ON
 
Key Responsibilities
Project Management

• Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously with strong coordination and organizational skills, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Apply a process-driven approach to collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and vendors.

Program Design & Development

• Support the design and development of learning programs, including eLearning, instructor-led training, and blended solutions.
• Use solution-based thinking to align program design with learner needs and business goals.

Quality Assurance & Evaluation

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using structured processes.
• Apply problem-solving skills and data analysis to recommend improvements and drive continuous quality enhancement.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders through effective coordination and communication.
• Anticipate challenges and proactively offer solutions to meet stakeholder expectations.

 
Must Haves Requirement:

• 1-3 years of previous Project Management experience.
• Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously with strong coordination and organizational skills, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Apply a process-driven approach to collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and vendors.
• Understand, creating surveys and reporting data.
• Ability to work with SMEs, stakeholders and understanding department culture.
• Proficient in MS Suite.

 
Nice To Haves:

• Program Design & Development experience or any experience with Articulate, Brainshark, Elucidate, Vyond, Camtasia.
• QA experience.
• Previous banking experience.
