Senior UX Researcher

Role Overview:
As a UX Researcher supporting our clinical decision-making tools, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet real-world user needs. You’ll conduct impactful research, analyze large datasets of unstructured written text, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. Your insights will guide the development of solutions that deliver trustworthy, relevant information within clinical workflows.

We're seeking a skilled UX Researcher with the following capabilities:

Problem-Solving & Strategy:
- Collaborate with your squad to explore problems from multiple perspectives, especially those involving large-scale text data.
- Align research solutions with product strategy to ensure our tools meet user and business needs.
- Apply appropriate research methods—including qualitative analysis, thematic coding, and natural language processing techniques—to analyze unstructured text data.
- Develop an evidence-based research strategy leveraging large datasets, in partnership with designers, PMs, engineers, and data scientists.
- Model excellence in user-centered research processes, especially in the context of data-driven insights from text analysis.
- Advocate for UX research best practices, particularly for research involving large-scale and unstructured text data.
- Efficiently iterate research within two-week sprint cycles, sharing actionable findings with your team.
- Use data to define and track key metrics, providing clear, data-driven insights to guide product development.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of customer use cases and ensure their needs are addressed, using insights derived from large-scale text data.
- Gain deeper knowledge of market segments and competitors, especially in the context of clinical decision support tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in UX research, including designing and executing studies involving large datasets of unstructured written text.
- Strong skills in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including text analysis, coding, natural language processing, and synthesis.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (designers, PMs, engineers, data scientists).
- Proficiency in at least one coding language commonly used for text data analysis (such as Python or R).
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and advocate for user-centered design.
- Familiarity with healthcare is a plus.
