Title: Program Manager III/ Risk and Controls Program Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join the Finance Risk & Controls team. The Program Manager will facilitate and oversee the execution and delivery of SOX Change Assessment projects. This individual will own relationships and regularly engage with R&C Advisors and key cross-functional stakeholders — including finance/accounting teams, engineering, internal audit, and external audit — to ensure timely delivery of SOX Change Assessment deliverables.
The role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements. The Program Manager will proactively identify and resolve potential blockers or risks, drive necessary escalations, and lead regular check-ins and report-outs with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Triage and manage intake of new SOX Change Assessment requests

Manage prioritization and roadmap of SOX Change Assessment projects

Coordinate with key stakeholders (Business, Engineering, Compliance, Internal Audit, External Audit) and facilitate cross-functional collaboration

Oversee completion of project deliverables and ensure on-time delivery

Track assessment progress throughout the project lifecycle

Prepare periodic reporting for cross-functional partners and Finance/Accounting leadership

Report and escalate issues to Risk & Controls leadership as needed

Propose and implement improvements to the R&C service delivery model

Develop and lead training programs and awareness campaigns to promote R&C’s services across the organization

Drive ongoing education initiatives to ensure stakeholders understand and effectively utilize R&C offerings

Maintain and regularly update the team’s internal documentation/wiki page with templates, resources, and best practices in collaboration with subject matter experts
Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in Project or Program Management with strong knowledge of project management principles and strategies

Experience in developing or implementing process improvements or operational solutions

Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Strong cross-functional relationship-building and collaboration skills

Demonstrated leadership ability to align multiple teams toward common goals

Technologically savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PMI, or similar certification

Prior experience working in a technology-driven environment

Familiarity with Tableau and basic SQL
