Job Description

Job Title: Digital Producer III
Duration: 6 months (Possible Contract to hire)
Location: Remote only- EST or CST hours
Hours: M-F 9am-5pm 
Skills:
  • Website Project Management: Proven experience managing and delivering website projects from concept to launch.
  • Content Management Systems (CMS): Hands-on experience with Content Management System platforms and related projects.
  • Web Production Expertise: Familiarity with web production processes and best practices; prior experience is a strong plus.
  • Digital Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital ecosystems, tools, and workflows.
  • Process Implementation: Ability to act as a process champion, driving adoption and ensuring compliance with established workflows.
  • Multitasking & Prioritization: Skilled at managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience in planning, coordinating, and executing project management tasks.
Soft skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self driven
  • Highly organized which includes prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines and keeping projects on track
  • Adaptability to constant change
Degrees or certifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Web Design, Graphic Design or related field of study (Visual Communications) and a minimum of 5 years project experience.
  • 5 years digital production or project management experience within an agency or corporate environment and experience managing process, schedules, budgets and delivery of medium to large scale digital experiences.
Day to day:
  • Primary focus will be managing we development projects
  • Projects - Will work simultaneously on multiple task and projects, short, mid and long term along with multiple parties and people involved
  • Internal and external facing experiences for consumer marketing
Be a liaison between our business partners and our customers, developers, creative team members
  • Planning content and organize content
Helping organize deliverables and keep team on task
Help plan timelines
  • Technical rapport - they will be interfacing against marketing groups as well as other web developers like in IT.
  • They will be a process ambassador - Very regimented process with all the new people in marketing. Crafting new processing and implementing those.
  • Mainly involved in web and digital innovation, there may be some AI efforts too.
Size of team:
  • 4, 2 developers, interfacing with designers
