Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Logistics

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of Instructor-led,, virtual training sessions, including scheduling, WebEx setup, and calendar invitations.

  • Facilitate live, virtual Instructor-led training sessions (leveraging WebEx) to ensure a smooth and consistent learner experience – mute/unumute participants, manage Q&A panel, polling , chat, and recordings.

  • Track learner attendance of Instructor-led training sessions and maintain accurate participant records.

  • Collect and analyze participant data to generate training efficacy insights and learning metrics.

  • Leverage LMS (learning management system) capabilities for e-learning delivery (upload content, assignments, troubleshooting/support).

2. Communications

  • Maintain and update communication templates, ensuring brand consistency.

  • Create and maintain distribution lists using the email groups manager tool.

  • Draft and distribute communications to support training programs and related initiatives.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align messaging and tone with organizational standards.


3. Visual and Content Design

  • Develop high-quality visuals, decks, and materials for presentations, communications, and training sessions.

  • Ensure all visual assets are clear, professional, and aligned with brand guidelines.

  • Leverage design tools (e.g., standard PowerPoint template, Canva) to ensure consistency and enhance engagement and clarity.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years experience required.
  • Proven experience in administrative, learning & development, or communications support roles.

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and analytics tools.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration platforms (Mural, Confluence, SharePoint).

  • Experience with visual design tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, etc.) preferred.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and documentation.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
