Description:
- We are seeking an individual who is passionate about Risk and Compliance to help build on Meta’s robust work in this space.
- We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is skilled at leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and is a sharp strategic thinker.
- This position will be responsible for helping to bring to life key proof points that are built into our Internal Products that tie with larger company narratives on critical topics.
- We're seeking someone who can work independently, influence teams across the organization, and work with internal marketing teams and product partners to deliver their best work yet.
- Collaboration is key, and the ideal candidate will excel in cross-functional partnerships with Insights, Data Science, Product, Policy, Communications, and other key stakeholders.
- While this role is not technical in nature, it requires a keen understanding of how our products are constructed and the ability to dive deep into a technical feature in order to educate ourselves and internal parties.
- Being data-driven is also a key component to this role, as building consensus requires strong quantitative reasoning and an ability to structure qualitative feedback into an overarching viewpoint.
- Develop inbound to influence product strategy and inform GTM plans based on regulator/meta mate and competitor insights.
- Launch/GTM new products and features
- Influence long-range roadmaps with a meta-mate centric perspective leveraging audience segmentations, research, and insights
- Build internal partnerships, influence, resolve conflict, build alignment, and work effectively across teams to execute strategy
- 7+ years experience working in product marketing, product strategy or equivalent function (partnered with product management and/or engineering to represent market requirements)
- Experience working in large technical companies
- Experience leveraging insights and data to drive positioning and product marketing strategy
- Extensive experience partnering and influencing product management, partnerships, comms, policy, executives
- Experience driving projects across multiple groups, and interacting with senior leaders and virtual teams internally and externally;
- Ability to project management highly complex, cross-company initiatives
- Proven track record of thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excels in navigating ambiguous work
