Location: Heredia, Costa Rica
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support to join an amazing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Provide accurate information, support, and solutions to customer requests and concerns. 
  • Maintain and update customer records and documentation. 
  • Manage daily tasks efficiently and meet response time and quality standards. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Follow company policies, procedures and quality standards. 
Required Qualifications: 
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 
  • High school diploma.
  • B2+ English Level
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Skills: 
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities. 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support tools.
