Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information, support, and solutions to customer requests and concerns.
- Maintain and update customer records and documentation.
- Manage daily tasks efficiently and meet response time and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, procedures and quality standards.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- High school diploma.
- B2+ English Level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support tools.
