Job Description

Position Title: Customer Service I
Work Location: Livermore, CA 94550
Assignment Duration: 8+ months
Work Schedule: Must be flex to work a shift between 5AM - 5PM PST
Work Arrangement: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enrollment Services is responsible for assisting customers through the enrollment process.
  • They will be the point of contact from the start of the account through the point of reviewing costs and service details with the customer until the customer is trained and becomes active.
Background & Context:
  • Will be trained on the specific enrollment process, but having some previous benefit or enrollment experience is a plus.
Qualification & Experience:
  • Must have: Previous Customer service Experience,
  • Will be Working over and on the Phone
  • Someone who can learn quickly and retain information.
  • Good phone etiquette and ability to multitask.
  • High Attention to Detail and good attendance is required
  • Candidates will interview onsite.
  • If selected, they will start as soon as the screening have cleared.
