Job Description

Title: Program Manger III 
Location: Remote, PST preferred (Open to MST and CST)
Duration: 8+ Months

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized  Program Manager  to lead and optimize the candidate review process for our product and infrastructure hiring pipelines. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality evaluation process that supports overall hiring goals and drives the success of our teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end management of the candidate review process for product and infrastructure hiring pipelines.

  • Collaborate closely with recruiting, engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to define and refine review criteria, workflows, and timelines.

  • Coordinate and facilitate candidate review meetings, ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective feedback capture.

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance candidate experience.

  • Track and analyze key metrics related to candidate review throughput, quality, and outcomes; provide regular reports and insights to leadership.

  • Manage communication and follow-up with candidates and internal teams to ensure timely progression through review stages.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align candidate review processes with broader hiring strategies and organizational goals.

  • Drive adoption of tools and technologies that support candidate review workflows.

  • Identify risks and issues in the review process and proactively develop mitigation plans.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for candidate review process questions and escalations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in coordination, recruiting, program management, or operations.

  • Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in a recruiting, talent acquisition, or technical hiring context.

  • Strong understanding of product and infrastructure engineering roles and hiring pipelines.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong data analysis and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset for process improvement.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience fostering positive, cross-functional working relationships.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence others across multiple teams and work collaboratively without direct authority.

  • Experience leading multiple strategic projects/initiatives with limited oversight.

  • Experience presenting organizational and process flow content to diverse audiences.

  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong time and task management skills.

  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Smartsheet).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of project planning methodologies.

  • Familiarity with CSM and FBR tools.

  • Experience in recruiting operations or change management.

  • Understanding of recruiting and hiring processes.

  • Experience working in a technology company or large-scale engineering organization.
