Project:
Client is seeking an experienced contract Project Manager to lead and coordinate the implementation of a new Sales Enablement tool. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project from planning through execution, ensuring the project is completed on time, aligned with project phases set by the vendor, and meets scope requirements.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Manage the execution and deliverables of the Sales Enablement tool implementation within the constraints of time, defined phases and workstreams and scope. Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, allocate and track resources, manage risks, and coordinate team efforts to ensure project success.
• Stakeholder Communication: Track project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders, including the delivery team and sponsors. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. Consolidate weekly status reports and coordinate with vendor on workstream deliverables and risks.
• Execution Focus: Lead project deliverables through its execution phase, maintaining a tactical approach to managing tasks, resources, and risks until project completion.

 
Qualification:

• Proven experience in managing and executing technical projects within time, budget, and scope constraints.
• Strong skills in planning, tracking, documentation, resource allocation/mgmt, and risk management.
• Proactive communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with project teams, product and engineering teams. sponsors, and other internal stakeholders.
• Previous experience in tech implementation projects is crucial. Familiarity with the challenges and best practices associated with rolling out new software tools is essential.
• Experience with Sales Enablement tools or similar implementations is a plus.
