Job Title- Field Service Technician I 
Location- Houston, TX 77013
Duration- 3 months (Temp to hire)
Shift- M-F 9-6 - 1hr lunch with some OT and OC
Pay rate: $19/hr on W2

• Is this position remote or in person? Runs cases in the field out of their home

• Will there be shift differentials? There is on-call pay for when on call

• How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? Could be up to 35 or 40 a day with some days more and some days less  What is the exact work location or city, state, or zip? Houston, TX 77013

Responsibilities:

• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
• Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
• Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
• Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
• May require an associate's degree or its equivalent and entry level - 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. Works under immediate supervision.
• Active driving license is required
