Position Overview
Talent Sourcing is one of many channel partners that may be leveraged in talent acquisition to ensure the best candidates are selected from diverse pools of talent.
 
At ServiceNow, our Talent Acquisition team consists of a talented group of market intelligence analysts, talent sourcers, and recruiters across the globe whose overall goal is to identify and attract individuals who don't know yet that they want to work for ServiceNow.
 
We currently have an opportunity available in our team to be a Talent Market Intelligence Analyst. TA market intelligence is a pivotal function at ServiceNow's TA organization that is responsible for market intelligence, functional trend summaries, data visualization, and overall delivery of talent research and insights across our global organization. In this role, you'll be part of a collaborative and driven team that values curiosity, growth, and impact. Together, we focus on delivering high-quality data and insights that empower smarter, faster decision-making across TA!
 
Delivering actionable insights to TA and business team partners through:Assisting in the collection, cleanup, and organization of internal and external labor market data.
  • Maintaining and updating databases related to hiring trends, talent competitors, and workforce benchmarks.
  • Supporting the creation and delivery of ad hoc reports and contributing to the development of TA research dashboards.
  • Collaborating with senior analysts to deliver insights and summaries to stakeholders
 
 You'll grow into the role by:
  • Emphasizing learning, collaboration, and execution over ownership and innovation
  • Exercising proactivity in identifying and evaluating opportunities for innovation
  • Participating in team discussions and brainstorming sessions to improve data processes
  • Promoting and emphasizing data integrity across key deliverables
  • Tracking competitor activity that could impact TA Contributing to internal knowledge sharing for latest news and market trend
 
Basic qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Command of Excel, Google Sheets or other data tools Interest in labor market trends, talent acquisition, HR analytics or people insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to adapt and learn new tools and processes.
 
Preferred qualifications:
  • Research experience: 1 - 2+ years' experience in library science, economics, political science, market research, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, workforce planning, database management, statistics, HRIS, HR insights, talent intelligence, or talent sourcing
  • Experience with Boolean search and basic understanding of AI queries
  • Basic understanding of talent acquisition, ideally in a global, matrixed environment
  • Experience with actionable data: data visualization technology, data analysis technology and/or database management programs (such as Tableau, Power BI, Dynamics, Domo, Excel Macros, SPSS etc.)
