Position Title: Project Manager III – PHCO/Clinical System Migration
Work Location: Florida - Remote (25% travel with some overnight stays)
Work Arrangement: Remote, with travel as needed within Florida, US
Salary Range: $110,000 – $115,000

Position Purpose
As part of the Population Health and Clinical Operations (PHCO) PMO team, you will support Population Health project management initiatives and demonstrate a proven track record of successfully leading business (non-IT) clinical system migrations. Business areas in scope include Utilization Management, Care Management, Appeals, Medical Management, and Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead weekly PHCO Clinical Functional Workgroup meetings, ensuring effective coordination and follow-up on key initiatives.
• Manage and maintain the PHCO business process project plan, tracking progress and ensuring timely deliverables.
• Provide weekly updates and reports during leadership meetings, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, navigate, and implement solutions that address market operational needs and align with system development capabilities.

Required Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred. 4+ years of project management and implementation or program management experience.
• Proficient with MS Office applications and project management tools.
• Experience using project management planning tools (i.e., Smartsheet, Planview) and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Experience working with and leading diverse groups in matrix-managed environments.

License/Certification:

• PMP, PgMP, or CAPM preferred.
• Preferred Skills 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Population Health initiatives with a proven track record of successfully leading clinical systems migrations. Experience with TruCare clinical systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective task follow-up and follow-through.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
