Job Title: Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst
Location: Open to remote (prefer Chicago IL - Hybrid 2-3 days)

Job Description:
• Experience working on AI projects in matrix organization at ease with technology
• Project Planning & Governance
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
• Define project governance models and reporting cadences.
• Execution & Monitoring
• Track progress against milestones and KPIs.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (for Agile projects)
• Stakeholder Communication
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project status updates
• Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly status reports
• Tooling & Reporting
• Utilize client-approved tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, PPT, Excel) for tracking and reporting
• Business analysis skills seen as a plus
• Technical writing skills seen as a plus
Nice to have:
Bachelor of Science 4 year pharma, health care, or regulated industry
