Job Title: Project/Program Manager
Location: 100% Remote (PST time)
Duration: 6 Months
Client is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead a critical initiative known as the Managed Device Rollout and Provisioning program. This leader will oversee the delivery of a large-scale program involving the distribution of company-managed devices. The role involves orchestrating program activities, coordinating with managers and teams, identifying needs, and resolving unforeseen contractual or logistical challenges.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in running complex, enterprise-wide programs, with experience in logistics, contract modifications, and rollout of hardware initiatives. They will demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to ask critical questions that drive clarity and results.

Responsibilities:
Leadership & Program Direction
- Lead the overall program to ensure successful execution and adoption.
- Develop and manage a scalable rollout framework that balances efficiency, compliance,
and operational feasibility. - Guide and mentor teams are responsible for outreach, ordering, and issue resolution.
- Provide updates on progress, risks, and adjustments to executive stakeholders.
- Partners with managers across the organization to:
o Understand team and individual needs.
o Ensure proper actions and orders are completed.
o Identify and address unexpected contractual or logistical blockers. - Work with internal and external partners to update contracts as needed.
- Drive alignment across the organization to support new processes and policies.
- Oversee planning and delivery of device provisioning at scale.
- Collaborate with teams across the company to ensure consistency in program execution.
- Monitor rollout progress, escalate blockers, and ensure delivery timelines are met.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks related to supply, distribution, and adoption.
- Capture lessons learned and applied them to broader phases of the program.
- Recommend refinements to processes, tools, and approaches for future scalability.
- Contribute to defining a longer-term roadmap for secure and efficient device
management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related
field. - 8+ years of experience in program management of large-scale initiatives.
- 5+ years in a leadership role working with distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and change management skills.
- Proven track record of delivering programs on time and within scope under challenging
conditions.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide technology rollouts.
- Strong understanding of operational and compliance-driven initiatives.
- Familiarity with vendor management, contracts, and large organizational operations.
- Ability to anticipate and resolve contractual, legal, and logistical barriers.
- Demonstrated ability to balance business, operational, and financial considerations
- Program Management certifications would be a plus.
- If available, experience with PowerBI or Snowflake would be preferred.
