This role will lead a Role-Based Provisioning Project, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and effective coordination across technical and clinical teams.

Overview:
Plan, direct, and coordinate activities in fields such as information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming, with a focus on user access provisioning and clinical applications. This role will lead a Role-Based Provisioning Project, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and effective coordination across technical and clinical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Review project plans and coordinate project activities to ensure milestones are met.
- Manage backup systems, security protocols, and user support services.
- Operate and oversee smaller budget projects with efficiency and accountability.
- Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
- Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and other stakeholders to solicit cooperation and resolve issues.
- Provide technical support to users for computer-related problems.
- Coordinate team schedules and ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor progress and proactively address risks or delays to keep the team on track.
- Facilitate communication between clinical and technical teams to ensure provisioning requirements are met.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Solid understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Familiarity with production processes, quality control, and cost optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of business and management principles including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Experience in user access provisioning and clinical applications.
- 5–7 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or IT environments.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
