Job Title: Software  Engineer
Location: Seattle, WA / San Francisco - 3 days a week (open to remote for strong candidates)
Duration: 3 Months
 
Must Have

• 5+ year experience engineering or development of custom tooling using one or more programming languages (e.g. Python, Go, or similar).
• Experience configuring and managing integrations across multiple systems.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and working with structured data formats (e.g., JSON).
• Hands-on experience with observability tools (e.g. Splunk, SignalFX, Datadog, ELK) and methodologies (e.g. logging, metrics, tracing) for highly available web services.
• Experience responding to alerts, incidents, and requests for production services requiring 99.9% SLA.
• Experience managing 3rd party software systems that require vendor engagemeny.
  
  Nice to Have
• Knowledge of how to deploy and manage services using Configuration/Infrastructure-as-code projects and tooling (e.g. Ansible, Terraform, Packer)
• Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes as an admin
• Slack platform development experience
