Position Summary
The Project Manager/ Sr Associate, Supplier Performance Analytics & Digital Enablement plays a critical role in advancing R&D Supplier Management and Performance Analytics (SMPA). This role focuses on leveraging data, automation, and process innovation to optimize supplier management, enhance operational workflows, and support informed decision-making. Working in close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, this manager will develop digital tools, track supplier performance metrics, and drive efficiency through AI and automation initiatives.
This is a hands-on manager role: part technical innovator, part process optimizer, and part project coordinator — with a clear mandate to deliver measurable improvements in supplier oversight and business outcomes.

Basic Qualifications
- Master degree OR
- Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience OR
- Associate degree and 6 years of experience OR
- High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience

- Background in process transformation or digital enablement initiatives.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Digital & Data Enablement
- Develop, maintain, and enhance supplier performance dashboards and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Implement automation and AI-driven solutions to streamline supplier management workflows and reporting.
- Ensure strong data governance, organization, and accessibility across SMPA repositories.
- Analyze supplier-related data and process flows to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
- Define and track key supplier performance metrics (KPIs) for quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Sr. Manager SMPA to expand the SMPA support model across additional functions and supplier groups.
- Support supplier-related initiatives by coordinating project tasks, deliverables, and timelines.
- Deliver actionable business insights that improve efficiency, decision-making, and supplier relationships.
- Lead efforts to improve supplier oversight workflows by introducing digital optimization and process automation.
- Identify and implement process improvements that reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
- Document workflows, automation logic, and data models for knowledge transfer and continuous enhancement.
- Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, proactively aligning support to evolving business needs.
