Title: Customer Service Rep 3
Location: Orlando, FL 32810 (Onsite)
Duration: 6 months

Notes:
Role Overview:
  • Engage directly with customers to process purchases, returns, and provide product guidance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and ensure a positive in-store experience.
  • Represent the company and its products to drive sales and generate revenue.
  • Coordinate daily store operations including receiving, stocking, shipping, order fulfillment, and vendor transactions.
  • Support goal setting and implementation of store operating plans; assist in improving procedures.
  • Maintain showroom standards through organization, cleanliness, and attractive product displays.
 Communication Expectations:
  • Demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively.
  • Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and offer timely solutions.
 Additional Details:
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Customer interaction: Primarily in-person (no call handling), with a few emails to manage daily.
  • Interview process: Phone screening followed by final round.
  • Work model: Fully onsite, no hybrid flexibility.

Job Description:
  • The purpose of Sales Store role is to interact with customers. and effectively process purchases and returns. This role will provide customers with a basic understanding of the functionality of the products and accessories purchased. Also, this role is responsible for responding to their inquiries, questions, or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and future sales. 
  • Represent company and products in a retail setting for the purposes of generating sales and bringing in revenue for the establishment. 
  • In addition, the coordination of the stores on-site activities, handling receipt, stocking, and shipping of products; staging and fulfilling customer orders; and all transactions with the business and local vendors. 
  • Goal setting with team to execute operating plans; possessing the ability to make moderate improvements to policies and procedures. 
  • Maintains the highest standards in cleanliness in the work environment, and appearance of the showroom through stocking shelves, housekeeping, creating displays, etc.
