Job Description
Position Title: AML Analyst/Reg E Specialist
Contract Duration: 2 months (Possible extension)
Location: Remote (must be available to work CST 8-5 hours)
Schedule Hours: 40 Hours/week, 8-5 Monday to Friday
Interview:
Project: Business is looking for a Reg E focused Specialist to assist with Reg E disputes processing and other related Card Operation tasks to ensure regulatory compliance.
Team details: Team is made up of 3 FTEs who are focused on disputes and a 4th individual who focuses on issuing cards and a manager.
Line of Business: The team handles Reg E disputes (debit card disputes), investigate, track and close out disputes. Reverse or finalize credit to the client.

- 1st with hiring manager - 30 min on teams
- 2nd - with group manager - 30 min on teams

Job Description:
- Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve claims related to debit cards
- Compliance: Ensure all actions comply with Regulation E timelines and requirements, as well as other regulations like MasterCard, BSA, AML, OFAC, and UDAAP.
- Client Support: Provide accurate and timely service to internal staff regarding financial transactions.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct research and analysis to support dispute resolution and fraud investigations.
- Account Adjustments: Process financial adjustments to client accounts within required timeframes.
Must have:
- 2-4 years of dispute experience
- Microsoft Office – advanced Excel, Word, Outlook
- Strong PC skills
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of FIS systems preferred
- Banking background/large organization
Soft Skills:
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize according to volume and other departmental assignments Demonstrate autonomous learning through analysis of policy and procedure with guidance from management
- Requires effective oral and written communication skills
