About the Role
The Learning & Development (L&D) team seeks a detail-oriented Program Manager to support the delivery, tracking, and continuous improvement of key skills-development programs across both technical and non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills, along with a passion for enabling learning and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- 	
Support the design, launch, and management of learning and development initiatives aligned with business goals.
 - 	
Use data-driven insights to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
 - 	
Collaborate cross-functionally to align learning programs with organizational priorities.
 - 	
Track program milestones, metrics, and outcomes; prepare and present progress reports.
 - 	
Maintain documentation, ensure compliance, and uphold operational excellence.
 - 	
Coordinate logistics for facilitators, speakers, and events.
 - 	
Support AI-related education initiatives and event coordination projects.
 
Day-to-Day Activities
- 	
Manage operational tasks to ensure alignment among facilitators and stakeholders.
 - 	
Review and analyze learning data for weekly status reporting.
 - 	
Assist with coordination of global events and internal learning projects.
 - 	
Provide ongoing project support for AI and innovation-related initiatives.
 
Required Qualifications
- 	
Bachelor’s degree (required).
 - 	
4–6 years of program management or coordination experience.
 - 	
Proven experience using data to measure learning program effectiveness.
 - 	
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
 - 	
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
 - 	
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
 
Preferred Skills
- 	
Familiarity with Learning & Development (L&D) platforms and tools.
 - 	
Experience in change management or stakeholder engagement.
 - 	
Process improvement mindset.
 - 	
Event planning or coordination experience.
