Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager, US Medical
Location: 50% onsite at Princeton Pike
Hours: Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm
Duration: 6 Months

Summary:

The Project Manager will support the Medical Evidence Generation (MEG) Cardiovascular portfolio, driving operational excellence and strategic alignment across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
Collaborating with MEG team members to support the execution of MEG CV book of work
• Facilitating Medical Governance (Evidence Generation Working Groups [EGWGs] and Therapeutic Area Governance [TAG]), ensuring key communication points and actions items are captured and disseminated
• Proactive follow-up on action items and key next steps
• Awareness of study performance, identifying risks or barriers, and partnering with stakeholders (GDO, Medical leadership, senior management) to resolve issues.
• Partnering with Finance to facilitate budget processes, including annual planning, monthly projections, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Building relationships with key stakeholders (Medical, Development, GDO, HEOR) to influence strategic alignment on medical objectives.
• Facilitating leadership requests, including those related to finance, priority studies, strategic decisions, and other high-impact initiatives by ensuring timely coordination and completion of these tasks

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in life sciences or equivalent work experience.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of project management experience (preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry)
• Strong understanding of medical affairs functions, US healthcare environment, and regulatory requirements.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office Suite.
