Position Title: Machine Operator I
Work Location: 4 Navigator Road, Londonderry, NH, USA, 03053
Assignment Duration: Initially three months, with the potential for converting to an FTE based on business need, budget approval and performance.
Work Schedule: 1st shift, 7 am - 3:30 pm
Work Arrangement: 100% onsite only
Position Summary:
- 	The role is entry-level, involving tasks like filling hoppers with empty vials, labeling products, and maintaining cleanliness. Basic computer skills are required for training purposes. 
Background & Context:
- 	DURATION: Initially three months, with the potential for converting to a FTE based on business need, budget approval and performance. 
- 	INTERVIEW PROCESS: In-person onsite interview 
Key Responsibilities:
- 	Monitor functions of equipment and operate per documented procedures including maintaining operational logbooks 
- 	Provide technicians with symptoms of equipment failures, when required 
- 	Support material handling as necessary 
- 	Maintain segregation of materials and lot and or receiving numbers 
- 	Maintain area in a clean and orderly condition 
- 	Adhere to and demonstrate compliance to all company and department standard operating procedures including but not limited to: GMP, device history record, hazard communication and safety rules 
- 	Utilize written procedures and training to accomplish tasks noted above 
- 	Accept full accountability for product quality 
- 	Report to supervisor or management unsolved problems encountered during the workday 
- 	Maintain complete and accurate records of work-in-process, component inventories and relative documentation 
- 	Under the direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor, the Machine Operator will ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing equipment according to established specifications, and standard operating procedures and work instructions. 
- 	An operator must demonstrate steady progress in learning all equipment and jobs in the assigned manufacturing area. 
- 	He and or she must also exhibit the ability to follow instructions of supervisor while observing the quality of raw and finished goods before, during and after production. 
Qualification & Experience:
- 	At least 1 year manufacturing experience MANDATORY 
- 	High school diploma or GED is required. 
- 	Candidates with bachelor's or master's degrees are often overqualified and tend not to stay long-term. 
- 	Prefers candidates with manufacturing experience but is open to hiring recent high school graduates. 
- 	Avoids candidates with a history of frequent job changes (job hoppers). 
- 	Experience in similar bottling operations (e.g., Coca-Cola, Pepsi) is beneficial. 
- 	The position is temp-to-hire, with a 90-day contract before potential full-time employment. 
- 	Candidates should present themselves well and show genuine interest in the job. 
- 	Prefers in-person interviews to provide a facility tour and a better understanding of the job. 
- 	No need for candidates to have steel-toe safety shoes for the interview, but they will need them for the job. 
- 	Difficulty with candidates who do not speak English, as communication is crucial. 
- 	The need for candidates to fit well within a small team and have a good personality. 
- 	Emphasizes the importance of good attendance and the ability to get along with others. 
- 	Training will be conducted on the second shift and typically lasts a week 
- 	Looking for candidates with longevity -candidates bounce a lot,; previous candidates had no longevity on their resumes 
- 	Prep candidates accordingly -Have had people come in smelling like alcohol for interviews or late 
- 	Looking for people who are excited and eager and have the ambition to be there 
- 	Required education: High school graduate or equivalent.
