Job Title: Project Coordinator III

Overview
The project coordinator plays a key role in delivering Network test infrastructure for various clients ' network engineering teams. The project coordinator is responsible for managing administrative aspects of internal customer team projects, tracking and monitoring project progress with regard to deadlines and customer needs, assisting in scheduling and logistical coordination, and communicating frequently with customers, lab and cross-functional team members.
Job Responsibilities:
Understand the requirement and timeline for customer team projects
Clarify and collect the required information for project execution
Manage material procurement and transfer
Maintain clear bookkeeping of large inventory
Proactively monitor and track multiple projects
Provide a clear progress report on project execution
Coordinate between customer and lab site teams towards smooth project execution
Required Skills:
Customer focused mindset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive ownership on ambiguous problems
Ability to work in a team environment
Bonus Skills/Experiences:
Previous project coordination or management experience
Experience in data center network operation or background
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (or above) on computer science or related field
