About the Role
Net Zero Program is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM III) focused on modeling full life cycle environmental impacts and product carbon footprints (LCAs/PCFs) for hardware.
The role combines technical program management, sustainability expertise, and data-driven analysis to improve environmental accountability and reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities

Build and manage Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) and Product Carbon Footprints (PCF) for data center and consumer hardware.

Improve methodologies and quality of LCA/PCF processes aligned with corporate environmental accounting strategy.

Collaborate with suppliers, consultants, sourcing, engineering, and sustainability teams to gather product and value-chain data.

Research, analyze, visualize, and communicate environmental impact results and emission hotspots.

Maintain and onboard data into internal databases with strong QA/QC standards.

Run scenario analyses to assess environmental impacts of supply chain and design changes.

Embed LCA/PCF insights into business strategy, tools, and reporting.

Stay updated on the latest LCA methodologies, sustainability trends, and industry research.
Must-Have Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Product Carbon Footprinting, or Sustainable Supply Chain Management.

Strong experience with GaBi, SimaPro, IMEC, or equivalent LCA software.

Proficiency in data management, SQL, visualization, and analysis.

Solid understanding of electronics/technology supply chains and environmental impact modeling.

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in fast-paced settings.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Physical/Social Sciences, or Sustainability.
Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or Data Science.

PMP or equivalent program management certification.

Experience presenting data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Prior experience working with or other large tech companies.

Deep knowledge of emerging LCA and carbon accounting methodologies.
