Position: Events Program Manager
Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid, 3 days/week)
Duration: 14 Months
Responsibilities:

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid, 3 days/week)
Duration: 14 Months
Responsibilities:
- Project manager for select company-wide employee events; planning & executing the tactical work and logistics for your assigned program by partnering cross-functionally to create a thoughtful and authentically Client experience.
- Coordinate, operationalize and execute complex events on a global scale; most events occur on the same day across multiple locations internationally plus virtual.
- Lead planning meetings and document all action items and decisions for redundancy, including cross functional workflows with volunteer ERG committees, AV, Internal Comms, Food, Office Operations, etc.
- Ideate and source creative programming including speakers and workshop facilitators, hands-on activations, entertainment.
- In addition to the events you manage, you’ll ensure the team’s events are a success by acting as the lead onsite production manager at one of the event’s many locations. Travel may be required.
- Other responsibilities include but are not limited to, management of events supplies & storage room, additional administrative tasks as needed
- 5+ years of Event Management experience, including executing an event from start to finish.
- This role requires someone with strong project management skills; you value structure in your work, always leave a meeting with clear action items and are able to "control the room."
- Able to manage time efficiently, meet deadlines, and prioritize when multiple concurrent tasks are on your plate.
- Creative and resourceful, you aim to think outside of the box and seek opportunities to improve.
- Eager to develop your planning toolbox, learn and grow your career with Client.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal collaboration and managing conflict, event marketing communications and post-event reporting to leadership.
- Event assignments may include ERG conferences, annual hackathon or social events. Please highlight any background or interests that would make you a strong candidate for these types of programs.
