Job Title: Business Operations Analyst (Global Procurement)
Duration: 05 Months (Possible Extension or Conversion)
Location: Cambridge, MA 02138 (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
• Project & Deliverable Tracking:
Monitor and report on the status of leadership team projects and deliverables. Coordinate updates with key stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Communications & Reporting Support:
Prepare executive summaries, presentations, and reports to support internal and external communications, meetings, and decision-making.
• Data Analysis & Visualization:
Gather, analyze, and tabulate various data sources for trend identification, executive reports, and strategic reviews.
• Training & Administration:
Support the design, administration, and documentation of training initiatives. Assist with organizing team meetings, workshops, and special projects.
• Cross-Functional Coordination:
Liaise with colleagues inside and outside Global Procurement to ensure alignment and timely completion of projects.
• Continuous Improvement:
Identify and recommend opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and communications within the team.
Ideal Background/Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or similar discipline.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a business operations, project support, analyst, or consulting environment.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with data visualization tools a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable; able to pivot between tasks and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with senior leadership.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic, global environment.
• Project management experience

Job Summary:
- We are seeking a motivated Business Operations Analyst to join the Capabilities Team within our Global Procurement organization on a contract assignment until the end of March 2026. In this role, you will provide operational, and analytics support to help drive strategic initiatives, coordinate communications, analyze and present key data, and ensure flawless execution of priority projects.
