As a Project Manager you'll support programs that connect our Community Team to key business and brand initiatives. Your key responsibilities, including program planning and project management, will help to ensure our team stays aligned and on track to deliver high quality work and impact for our hosts.

Job description
As a Project Manager you'll support programs that connect our Community Team to key business and brand initiatives. Your key responsibilities, including program planning and project management, will help to ensure our team stays aligned and on track to deliver high quality work and impact for our hosts.
Responsibilities
- Manage Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop project plans and based on a program strategy
- Create detailed schedules, timelines, and budgets for programs.
- Schedule regular working team meetings, take notes and track action items.
- Lead Reporting and Documentation:
- Track project progress and prepare status reports.
- Document learnings and share best practices across teams.
- Own Program Operations and Team Logistics:
- Collaborate with BizOps team on connecting Global Program Team to internal tools and processes.
- Build team culture and skills by setting up internal programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in project management / coordination or supporting cross functional programs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Asana).
- Experience with budget tracking and vendor management.
- Fluency in AI tools to optimize workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
- Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Able to work autonomously when given direction.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment and proactively operates with a bias for action.
