Position Title: Project Manager
Work Location: North Chicago, IL 60064
Assignment Duration: 06 Months (Contract to Hire)
Work Arrangement: 3 days in office and 2 work from home days

Position Summary: Mid-level professional with strong background in healthcare and pharmaceutical industries with demonstrated experience in Project and Program Management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Excellent verbal and written communication to convey project goals, progress, and expectations clearly to stakeholders and team members. • Proficiency in planning, prioritizing tasks, and managing time efficiently to keep the project on track.
• Strong analytical skills to make informed decisions and solve problems proactively
• Expertise in engaging with cross-functional stakeholders, understanding their expectations, and ensuring their needs are met
• The candidate will manage enterprise-level, cross-functional projects involving commercial, operations, quality, compliance, legal, pharmacy, and patient services. • The team is also handling drug launches and commercial transformation initiatives.
• A PM typically oversees 1–2 large projects and 1 smaller one concurrently.

Qualification & Experience:
• 3–7 years of Project or Program Management experience.
• Background in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries (e.g., aerospace).
• Strong business-oriented PM skills — not focused on technical aspects.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical problem-solving skills for proactive decision-making.
• Understanding of commercial operations, regulatory/compliance environments, and launch cycles.
• PMP certification is preferred but not required.
• Smartsheet or other project management tool experience preferred.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup—in office Tuesday–Thursday by Jan for fixed days.
