About the Role
The Project Manager will be a key member of the Project Management Team within the Energy Services Division of the Service Delivery Business Unit.
You will oversee a critical customer project from mid-execution through completion—leading cross-functional teams of technicians, engineers, and project support staff to ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Be on-site 3–5 days per week, with optional hybrid flexibility based on project needs.
- Lead a customer-facing HVAC improvement project from mid-execution to closeout.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients—coordinate meetings, provide updates, and resolve inquiries.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and billing, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery.
- Oversee internal and external stakeholders, including subcontractors, to maintain quality and performance.
- Monitor and report project performance, risks, and deliverables.
- Drive process improvements in project tracking, budgeting, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to align with business objectives.
- Conduct difficult conversations with professionalism and manage client expectations effectively.
Education / Experience / Background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field required.
- Candidates with an Associate’s degree and significant relevant experience will also be considered.
- 4–5+ years of experience in Project Management and/or Construction Management required.
- Experience in Energy Services, Construction, HVAC, or BMS/Controls preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Working knowledge of project management tools such as Trello, SmartSheet, JIRA, or MS Project.
- PMP, CAPM, and/or CEM certifications highly preferred.
- A collaborative leader with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Someone who can balance independent decision-making with teamwork.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
