Job Title: Interface Analyst (Data Entry & Maintenance)
Duration: 12 months
Location: Remote (CST)

Overview:
Support the Integration Architecture team by entering, maintaining, and reporting on interface data within the ServiceNow Interface Management Module. This role is primarily focused on accurate data entry, interface documentation upkeep, and collaboration with architects and developers to resolve anomalies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain interface records in ServiceNow based on design documentation and requests.
• Update existing interface data as needed due to QA findings, decommissions, or revisions.
• Run reports and ensure adherence to naming conventions and status standards.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to clarify interface details.
• Maintain organized records of revisions and documentation.

Top Skills & Qualifications:
Required:

• Basic knowledge of HL7v2 and SFTP interfaces
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred:

• Familiarity with API and P2P interfaces
• Basic understanding of ServiceNow
• Experience with Google Suite and LucidChart

Experience Level:

• Min 1–3 years of interface-related experience preferred
• No formal degree or certifications required
