Position Title: Nurse Practitioner
Work Location: 55 Main Street, Antrim, NH 03440
Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks
Work Schedule: Part Time – Monday to Thursday, 8 AM – 4 PM
Work Arrangement: On-call 8 AM–8 AM (24-hour period around scheduled workday; on-call rate $11/hour; call-back at straight time)

Position Summary:

• This role is within a Residential Treatment Center with Detox beds for adults where patients have substance abuse as a primary diagnosis.

• The Nurse Practitioner will also conduct telehealth check-ins with PHP patients approximately 4–8 hours per day and provide on-call coverage the rest of the day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Round on all detox clients (up to 12) and 3–5 residential clients daily.

• Provide care for the adult population.

• Perform telehealth sessions with PHP patients weekly.

• Manage detox and residential patient needs, including medication management and treatment planning.

• Participate in on-call duties (8 AM–8 AM).

Qualification & Experience:

• Degree: Nurse Practitioner

• Required Experience: Minimum 1 year as an NP in a clinic or inpatient setting

• Preferred Experience: Psychiatric and detox experience

• Required Certifications: Active NH license with DEA credentials or compact license (depending on board approval time)
