Job Title: Customer Service Associate Representative
Location: Remote in (Lake Mary, Florida,32746)
Duration:4 Months
Schedule: M-F 10-7 pm EST
(Training Schedule Tues & Wed 9-6 pm or possibly 8:30 - 5:30 pm)
Note: Monday - Friday 10-7pm EST Training Schedule Tues & Wed 9-6pm or possibly 8:30 - 5:30 Work from Home but the first day and as needed for events or training will be onsite. Need local candidates.
 
Job Duties:

• Delivers straightforward administrative and/or other basic business services in Customer Service.
• Receives requests by mail, telephone, or in person regarding orders and claims/policies.
• Responds to inquiries from facilities, providers, and/or others for information and assistance.
• Performs research to respond to inquiries and interprets policy provisions to determine the most effective response.
• Mails or routes claim forms and supporting documentation to various units for processing.
• Position typically requires excellent interpersonal skills and, ability to understand and interpret policy provisions.
• Independently responds to inquiries, grievances, and complaints. Issues tend to be routine in nature.
• Good knowledge and understanding of Customer Service and business/operating processes and procedures. Works to clearly defined procedures under close supervision.
