Basic Qualifications:
  • Doctorate degree or Master’s degree and 2 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience
  • Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience
  • High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Kinaxis RapidResponse / Maestro
  • SAP S4 / ERP implementation projects
  • End to End Supply Chain Planning
  • Supply Chain Capacity and Constraint Management
  • Pharma / Biotech Supply Chain preferred
 
Summary:
The Global Supply Chain Digital Platform Management team is at the center of client’s end-to-end supply chain network. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team.
This role will be critical in advancing our digital supply chain initiatives and success will be achieved through:
  • Ensuring alignment of business requirements and system designs to meet current and future needs. Partnering with the Planning, Operations and Project Management Teams to support business case rationalizations for process and system improvement opportunities.
  • Gaining an understanding of the current business process to support day-to-day operations and obtaining an understanding of the 'to-be' business process to assist in the alignment of technology to facilitate these business processes.
  • Developing conclusions and making recommendations on a variety of moderately complex issues.
  • Preparing documentation impacting major projects, maintaining and demonstrating knowledge of resources throughout multiple department/functional areas, facilitating process mapping sessions for highly complex, multi-functional business processes, and driving consensus building.
 
Skills:
  • Experience as a participating team member on major business process improvement initiatives in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong reporting and analysis skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Demonstrates an urgency to achieve goals and can be relied upon to deliver results
  • Ability to handle varying amounts of information, distill key points, draw practical conclusions, translating into a strong business case and clear business requirements
 
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Business Analysis and Network Collaboration
  • Consultative role on business support areas, develop business impact measurements to facilitate prioritization of system enhancement work
  • Support SAP S4 Integration work in partnership with the Implementation Planning teams and Master Data Management network to ensure business processes and technologies have reliable and current data
Project Management to Deliver Results
  • Facilitate system design testing, and implementation activities including documenting functional user-requirements, support cost and timeline estimation, and provide timely updates to management
Champion Change Management
  • Provide broader visibility to project events, early identification of issues, and establish the path for escalation and ownership of decision-making
  • Champion use of analytics and Operational Excellence principles to support process improvement and adoption of new processes/capabilities
  • Provide technical consulting and mentorship to coach, train and guide new or junior staff
