Job Description

Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: 100% Remote - USA
Duration: 2 months assignment– with high possibility of extension
 
Job Summary:
We are looking for a selfmotivated Project Manager to join the CX team. This position is responsible for the project management of programs through a methodical approach of planning, executing and tracking project deliverables from start to finish. The Project Manager works collaboratively with the Program Manager and demonstrates project ownership by maintaining the approvals project progress and ensure the scope and direction of each project is on schedule.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Program Managers to ensure programs are managed efficiently and effectively by participating and driving all phase of development starting with concept through design transfer.
  • Responsible for planning and tracking project performance, against completing short and long term goals. Ensure program remain within scope and project is on schedule Maintain applicable standard project and reporting templates scorecards, dashboards and tools JIRA, SharePoint, etc.
  • Manage the maintenance of a shared site that organizes and updates central project documents and manage access to the site for users.
  • Prepare project summary reports, develop and track project plans.
  • Aid in the preparation of project status presentations to Management regularly.
  • Create meeting agendas, coordinate meetings, meeting minutes and actions.
  • Prepare and route approvals within the process.
  • Adhere to all regulatory agency standards, company quality standards and corporate policies.
 
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelors Level of Degree 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in a project management working in a technical discipline
  • Knowledgeable of the US and International Medical Device and Drug Delivery Regulations
  • Knowledgeable of product development lifecycle, including software and or disposable development
  • Proficiency in project management, planning and organizing.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills written and verbal.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally.
  • Ability to foster teamwork to work cooperatively and effectively with team members
  • Demonstrated flexibility and ability to function in a fastpaced, growth industry and work environment
  • Working knowledge of: MS Office products, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
