As an Associate Analyst, you will analyze digital transactions to make sure that no fraudulent activity is involved. You will communicate with customers as needed to verify details regarding specific money transfer as well as support customers with their identity verification ensuring that Compliance regulations are met (typically 50 to 70 daily calls).
You will resolve problems and decide when to escalate a case or to proceed with the regular transaction/customer profile verification handling procedures. After completing our training program, you will be skilled in Risk Assessment and be able to provide an excellent customer experience.
For such a detail-oriented role we need you to be self-motivated team player who is focused on giving the highest level of customer service via phone, have strong analytical skills and are very attentive to detail.  
 
Basic Qualifications
Highschool education is required.
English advanced B2+ 85-90%
Availability to work weekends (when required)
We need you to have strong ability to multitask using internal database systems, capable of making independent decisions with a result-oriented approach, and adaptability to work both individually and within a team.
You must have great attitude and be able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
