Job Description

Your mission will be to ensure all data migrated into our primary CRM is clean, accurate, standardized, and validated.
 
 Key Responsibilities
•           Validate and cleanse data from customer contracts (Orders), verifying critical details such as dates, amounts, products, and key terms.
•           Standardize and format data into required templates for successful system uploads and conversions.
•           May support data quality projects across other key CRM objects, including Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities.
•           Perform data extraction, cleansing, reporting, and uploading into the CRM, potentially using of data tools.
About You You are passionate about data quality and have a sharp eye for detail. You thrive in roles that require precision and are highly effective at performing repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
 
Basic Qualifications
2-4 years of relevant experience in manual data cleansing and validation. A strong understanding of common sales order or customer contract details. Experience working with high workloads, attention to detail.
English advanced B2+ 85-90%
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.  Basic experience with a CRM platform.
 Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data research, data analysis, or data automation.
