Bill Rate: $100 - $125.40 depending on experienceJob Title: Technical Product Manager – Clinical Innovation & SDK PlatformsLocation: Irvine, California - Onsite1 year, extension possible depending on performanceWe are seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to join our high-performance innovation group — often described as the Formula 1 team of technology within our organization. This role is ideal for a technically savvy product leader who thrives at the intersection of engineering, AI/ML, and clinical innovation. You will help define, build, and deliver next-generation digital endpoints, capture technologies, and develop SDKs that power the future of clinical research and aesthetics. As TPM, you will partner closely with engineers, data scientists, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape roadmaps, accelerate product delivery, and ensure our technical products meet both scientific rigor and regulatory expectations. Key Responsibilities:Product Ownership & Strategy Define and maintain product roadmaps for digital endpoints, capture applications, and SDKs. Translate strategic goals into technical requirements and prioritized feature sets. Ensure alignment between innovation projects and broader R&D initiatives. Innovation Leadership Identify emerging technologies (AI/ML, CV, AR/VR, 3D/4D capture) and assess integration opportunities. Collaborate with engineers and scientists to rapidly prototype and validate new solutions. Drive a “Formula 1” culture of speed, precision, and continuous improvement. Execution & Delivery Manage product lifecycle from concept through validation, regulatory review, and deployment. Coordinate across engineering, data science, UX, and regulatory functions to ensure timely delivery. Oversee SDK/API documentation, release cycles, and adoption metrics. Stakeholder Management Act as the product voice for innovation projects when engaging with internal teams (engineering, data science, clinical operations). Balance the needs of multiple stakeholders while protecting technical excellence and innovation velocity. Communicate vision, priorities, and technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical audiences. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred. Experience: 5+ years in product management, ideally with technical/engineering product ownership.Experience with SDKs, APIs, or developer-facing tools strongly preferred.Familiarity with AI/ML, computer vision, or imaging technologies a plus.Track record of shipping innovative, high-impact technical products. Skills & Mindset: Deep technical fluency — able to “speak engineer, data science” while translating complexity for stakeholders. Strong organizational and execution skills; proven ability to deliver under tight timelines. Passion for innovation and willingness to experiment.
