Job Description

Position: Senior Product Designer
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 Months

Job Description:
We’re looking for a passionate product designer to help us define how people interact with client. As a Senior Product Designer (Contractor) on our Growth team, you'll drive projects that help new and less experienced users onboard, become engaged, and form lasting habits with our product. This role requires a strong ability to define the end-to-end user journey, a passion for education and habit-building, and a deep commitment to high visual craft.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead design projects across the user activation funnel — from onboarding, to user education, to early engagement
  • Work closely with PMs, engineers, researchers, and data analysts to identify growth opportunities and design experiments to drive key metrics
  • Design intuitive, scalable onboarding flows, feature introductions, and habit-building mechanisms that delight users and support long-term retention
  • Create end-to-end user journeys, high-fidelity visuals, and prototypes—ensuring every touchpoint feels cohesive and brand-aligned
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to iterate and refine your work
  • Present your work clearly and advocate for user-centered, growth-driven solutions across the org
Required:
  • 5+ years’ experience in product design, with a strong track record designing for onboarding, habit-building, or user education in consumer product environments (growth team experience is a plus)
  • Experience defining and executing end-to-end UX for complex flows, not just individual screens, for mobile and web platforms
  • Excellent visual craft—portfolio shows crisp UI, clear hierarchy, and thoughtful use of animation and micro-interactions
  • Familiarity with user education models and principles, especially those that help users find value fast and form new habits
  • Passion for learning via data (user research, experimentation, A/B tests) and iterating quickly
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Mastery of modern design tools (e.g., Figma), strong prototyping skills, and experience handing off to engineering
Preferred:
  • Prior experience on a product-led growth team or with consumer onboarding funnels
  • Familiarity with applying behavioral science to design frameworks
  • Experience working on globalized products
