Job Description

Job Title: Product Operations Project Manager
Location: Fully Onsite – Menlo Park, CA | New York, NY | Washington, DC | Seattle, WA
Duration: 3+ Months 


Position Overview

As a Product Operations Project Manager, you will drive projects that enhance growth, engagement, and quality across  product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project/program management, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.

You’ll support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects—developing plans, tracking progress, and keeping stakeholders informed. You will also play a key role in identifying process gaps, improving operational efficiency, and promoting collaboration across global teams.

We’re seeking someone passionate about diving deep into complex issues, leveraging large data sets, and applying analytical rigor to identify and solve business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project scope definition, planning, and execution for supported programs.

  • Drive effective, concise, and persuasive program communications and collaboration.

  • Lead root cause analyses, internal/external escalations, and communications to leadership.

  • Identify and address gaps in strategy, systems, and processes to enable scalable growth.

  • Manage risk and compliance activities within defined project scopes.

  • Adapt quickly to changing requirements and prioritize escalations effectively.

  • Leverage large data sets and advanced tools for analysis and decision-making.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally, showcasing composure and problem-solving under pressure.


Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in operations within tech, consulting, or similar industries.

  • 7+ years of project or program management experience in a corporate environment.

  • Proven ability to enhance customer experience through strategic innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across global teams.

  • Demonstrated judgment under pressure, managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency or working knowledge of analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).

  • Proven track record of driving cross-functional collaboration and effective coordination.

  • Experience communicating across diverse audiences, time zones, and senior leadership levels.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with advanced data analysis or experimentation.

  • Strong investigative and problem-solving abilities.

  • Comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments.
