Note:
Contractor will be managing multiple projects across all services. -Needs strong background in working with cross functional teams -Looking for a candidate who will be curious and take initiative -SAP experience preferred but not necessary -Someone with prior experience with Google or Meta would be great -Interview process will be between 2 to 3 interviews.

Job Summary

• Services Finance is looking for an experienced finance professional to support Projects and Sustaining Operations activities that enable business development, product expansions and order to cash processes.
• This role requires substantial cross-functional interaction with the Services Finance team, Engineering, Project Management, Shared Services, Global Finance Projects, Tax, Legal, Treasury and other corporate finance teams, and business counterparts in other parts of Company.

Key Qualifications

• Experience and understanding of the full business cycle from customer purchase, procurement, and financial reporting.
• Experience in project management (PLC), leading projects from conception to launch
• Experience in process improvement and leveraging AI for finance process re-engineering (bonus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a global, high-pressure and rapidly evolving business environment.
• Ability to think strategically on critical business issues, and to simultaneously act tactically to execute against them.
• Strong team orientation and collaborative style. Flexible attitude and an ability to get involved in the details while maintaining a wider view.
• Excellent process management, planning and organizational skills. Resilient and determined to ensure projects and deliverables are achieved.
• Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance and to identify the best possible outcome for customers and partners.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience

Description

• Global responsibilities that covers the iTunes store: Music/Video, iOS Apps, Mac Apps, eBooks, Subscriptions, Gift Cards and payment methods.
• The role requires ability to drive multiple projects, prepare appropriate documentation and effectively communicate project milestones.
• It requires ability to learn complex business flows and leverage AI to optimize finance processes

Duties

• Oversee and manage all phases of a project life cycle for multiple projects across various business areas
• Define, communicate, and document project requirements, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Accounting Flows, master data elements and testing approach
• Communicate project status and risks to leadership and stakeholders
• Identify and manage internal process improvements, including AI initiatives supporting rapidly growing Services Business initiatives

Education

• BS degree required or equivalent practical experience within accounting, finance, and general business processes.
