We are seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst to partner with business stakeholders and IT teams in identifying, designing, and delivering scalable technology solutions. This role will play a key part in gathering business requirements, managing enhancements, and supporting Salesforce initiatives, particularly in Salesforce Revenue Cloud. An ideal candidate would be someone who is proactive and feels comfortable in working independently to achieve business goals.
Skills:
SFDC Admin certified (ask about expiration/ when the certification happened)
Deep experience in UAT
Sales Operations
Lead to Opportunity domain and Quote-to-cash
Clari (preferred)
Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an enterprise technology environment.
Experience working across various functions like Sales, Finance, Legal, IT
