Role Overview:
The Sr. Deal Management Program Office Analyst will join the Monetization Strategy & Deals (MSD) team, providing centralized oversight, reporting, and operational rigor for high-value opportunities. This role ensures visibility, governance, and efficiency across the deal lifecycle, enabling leadership and stakeholders to focus on strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Tracking – Maintain visibility of active deals/projects, tracking ownership, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Follow-Through & Approvals – Drive accountability on milestones, escalate risks, and coordinate cross-functional alignment.
- Documentation – Develop and manage a single source of truth for workflows, templates, and best practices.
- Reporting & Insights – Deliver clear dashboards and reports to support leadership decisions.
- Operational Efficiency – Standardize processes, implement tools/templates, and enable scalable ways of working.
Experience:
- 4+ years in operations, strategy, or business development within technology companies.
- Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to tell a story through data.
- Experience with subscription business models; data storage background will be a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
