Job Title: Sr. Graphic Designer (Part-Time)
Location: Radnor, PA

Duration: 12 Months 

Summary:
  • Produce, direct, film and edit high quality, dynamic videos for corporate, sponsorship and Social media.
  • This is a hands-on camera and editor position.
  • Must be excellent at Adobe Premiere and AfterEffects.
  • Be an excellent director of photography both on location and in studio.
  • Be great at design elements in relation to editing.
 Core Information:
  • Web Multimedia Production Video Editor, Producer
 General Purpose:
  • Produce, film and edit high quality, dynamic videos for a variety of audiences, in an exciting, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • This is a hands-on camera and editor position.
  • You must submit samples of your previous work.
 Duties And Responsibilities:
  • Performs all video production duties, such as camera, audio, scene lighting
  • Familiar with Studio operations i.e. lighting, patching, switchers and audio boards
  • Excellent Adobe premiere and AfterFx skills
  • Great design skills.
  • Can demonstrate great motion effects and graphics in their editing
  • Direct talent both professional and internal
  • Creative ideas
  • Creative video script writing
  • Organizes shooting schedules, directs the work of in-house and freelance production staff as well as on camera and off camera talent.
 Education And Experience:
  • 5+ Years of experience in all phases of video and multi-media production and development including, but not limited to: Writing, directing, cinematography (DSLR cameras), audio recording, lightning, editing, format compression, animation, and motion effects. Headshot Photography.
 Language Skills:
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret both internal and external documents such as general media/publications, professional journals, technical procedures, governmental regulations, policies, proposals, and standard operating procedures.
  • Confident, comfortable communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
 Mathematical Skills:
  • Apply concepts such as probability, statistics, modeling, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical solutions.
  • Works with mathematical concepts such as averages and/or variances.
 Reasoning Ability:
  • Ability to analyze information and to evaluate the implications of a course of action or solution.
  • Ability to interpret and apply common sense understanding to carry out a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Evaluate trends in data or information.
 Other Skills and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of the following software applications: Adobe Premiere CC and Adobe After effects.
  • Demonstrated ability to support meetings and presentations in a variety of venues and formats.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of video and audio editing/postproduction.
  • Ability to perform under stress in cases of emergency, critical or hazardous situations.
  • Ability to work with others in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g. management, peers and colleagues); proven ability to develop collaborative approaches.
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style.
  • Demonstrates the ability to use sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information.
  • Finds common ground and can gain collaboration among management, colleagues and peers; can influence outcomes without directing or commanding.
  • Strong project management skills include critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
  • Successfully completes regulatory and job training requirements.
