Title: Project Coordinator IV/ Product Operations Specialist
Duration: 2+ Months (Will be extended based on teams needs)
Location: US Remote
The Product & Regulatory Operations organization is a vital part of Client commitment to user and business safety across its platforms. This team delivers operations for emerging and critical priorities in close partnership with Product, Engineering, Legal, and cross-functional stakeholders.
As a Product Operations Specialist, you will support projects that drive growth, engagement, and quality of Client products. We are looking for professionals with strong product sense and proven experience in product operations, who can collaborate cross-functionally on complex, multi-platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage data analysis and storytelling to improve user experience while maintaining clarity of product vision and organizational alignment.
Responsibilities
- 	
Support program execution strategy for multiple product areas, including:
- 		
Initiating 0-to-1 efforts
 - 		
Accelerating execution
 - 		
Improving quality and outcomes for product objectives through programmatic solutions
 
 - 		
 - 	
Collect and analyze product data and user insights to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform business decisions.
 - 	
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and support decision-making.
 - 	
Provide program management support: anticipate challenges, predict roadblocks, strengthen cross-functional relationships, and ensure execution on plans.
 - 	
Proactively identify program risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders.
 
Minimum Qualifications
- 	
8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, product operations, or equivalent program management experience.
 - 	
OR educational background in project management, business, marketing, finance, or operations (with a focus on product operations).
 - 	
Strong critical thinking and experience leveraging data to anticipate and resolve challenges.
 - 	
Proven organizational and time-management skills.
 - 	
Experience collaborating with teams to improve operational systems and tools.
 - 	
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, conflict resolution, and prioritization.
 - 	
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate rationale and inspire alignment.
 
Candidate Requirements
Must-Have Skills:

Product Operations background.
 - 	
Program management skills (anticipating challenges, predicting roadblocks, driving execution).
 - 	
Experience with analyzing user data, dashboarding, and data classification.
 
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- 	
Consulting background.
 - 	
Prior Client experience.
 - 	
Experience with Generative AI.
